Anglo-Irish dreamrock trio KEELEY return with new single Who Wants To See The World and has given LTW the premiere.

Who Wants To See The World is the opening salvo from KEELEY’s forthcoming third album Girl On The Edge Of The World whcih is due on February 20th 2026. The album is the latest production from Dublin-based sonic maestro Alan Maguire.

The song is a euphoric blast of classic dreampop style and sensibility, and is accompanied by a video directed by Glasgow-based photographer & film-maker Laura Meek. The clip attempts in part to retrace the steps of the Dublin-born singer-guitarist-composer Keeley Moss’s muse Inga Maria Hauser, who took an ill-fated trip from Stranraer in Scotland to Larne in Northern Ireland in April 1988. Filmed using vintage VHS film techniques, the video is an homage to a beautiful young soul, whose life was violently snatched away from her, and whose murder remains unsolved. Keeley has become something of an authority on the case, and a new documentary about her involvement is currently in development.

Who Wants To See The World is the first recording from KEELEY’s extensive catalogue to feature contributions from her touring bandmates – bassist Lukey Foxtrot and former Morrissey drummer Andrew Paresi. Speaking of the track she says, “This record is the first time we’ve managed to capture what I call ‘the sonic swirl’ in our sound, the sound I’ve had in my head all along”.

KEELEY have just finished a run of dates supporting ’80s alt-pop legends The Primitives, and will open for Babyshambles at Bristol 02 Arena on December 9th. They then head out on their own UK headline tour in February.

A Plea From Louder Than War

Louder Than War is run by a small but dedicated independent team, and we rely on the small amount of money we generate to keep the site running smoothly. Any money we do get is not lining the pockets of oligarchs or mad-cap billionaires dictating what our journalists are allowed to think and write, or hungry shareholders. We know times are tough, and we want to continue bringing you news on the most interesting releases, the latest gigs and anything else that tickles our fancy. We are not driven by profit, just pure enthusiasm for a scene that each and every one of us is passionate about.

To us, music and culture are eveything, without them, our very souls shrivel and die. We do not charge artists for the exposure we give them and to many, what we do is absolutely vital. Subscribing to one of our paid tiers takes just a minute, and each sign-up makes a huge impact, helping to keep the flame of independent music burning! Please click the button below to help.
